'The Fabric of America' is not just a memorable exhibit, it is more so an experience! It has the capacity to affect your senses and emotions while it engages and intrigues you by its power, beauty, pain, suffering, creativity, genius, humility, inhumanity and humanity -- much like a tightly woven cloth with an intricate, beautifully, multi-colored pattern.

It reflects the darkness and the light, the joys and the pain, the blight and the plenty, struggles and the triumphs in the life of the city and of the people.
